Marketing Officer- Intern (Jaffna)

We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our team and help bring in new clients for NEXA ERP. This role is perfect for someone who is confident, has great communication skills, and is eager to grow in business development.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and markets
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and demos
• Maintain CRM and help track client communications and follow-ups
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Manage and follow up with leads
• Convert leads into paying customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements
• HND / BSc in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field (undergraduate or recent graduate)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Tamil)
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and organized
