Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Specialist role located in Jaffna. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, using proper phone etiquette, delivering excellent customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience on a day-to-day basis.

• Previous experience in customer service roles
