Our client is looking for a Virtual Patient Concierge to join their healthcare team. This role is perfect for a confident communicator who excels in customer service, sales, or lead generation and thrives in a goal-driven environment. As the first point of contact for potential patients, you will play a crucial role in scheduling and confirming appointments, handling objections, and ensuring a high attendance rate.

Salary – $1100pm

Type of Work – Full Time (REMOTE)

Work Schedule – East Coast US Hours
• In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
• Strong persuasive and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to master and effectively use call scripts and rebuttals.
• Proficiency with the Five9 Dialer and email management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and patient care.
• Consultative knowledge in medical insurance
• With fast, reliable and stable internet connection (Fiber) and with internet backup.
