We are currently supporting a leading Government Entity based in Abu Dhabi seeking to oboard a Specialist for Clearing Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clearing and settlement processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct daily reconciliations of trading positions, cash flows, and margin requirements.
• Manage margin calls and collateral deposits to maintain market liquidity and risk mitigation.
• Support member firms with clearing-related inquiries, including trade settlements and position management.
• Configure clearing system settings, including instruments, accounts, and risk parameters.
• Monitor fund movements and banking instructions, addressing any delays or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement system enhancements in coordination with the technology team.
• Assess and manage clearing-related risks, ensuring compliance with financial market regulations.
• Stay updated on industry developments and recommend process improvements.
