Join our team! We’re seeking a dynamic HR professional to own recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and engagement. From crafting compelling job descriptions to fostering a thriving workplace, you’ll be the heartbeat of our people strategy.

Key Qualification
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
β€’ 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β€’ Experience with working on HRIS portals is a plus.
β€’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality & Employees data.

Responsibilities
β€’ Lead the whole recruitment process – Right from writing JD to closing the offer.
β€’ Efficient data management – Maintaining the accurate employee data.
β€’ Payroll process – Executing accurate salary details as a payroll process.
β€’ Performance evaluations – Tracking and scheduling the employees performance and review cycles.
β€’ Drive fun engagement activities- Not rangoli competitions for sure.
β€’ Conflicts management – Be a transparent source to hear and address the employee issues and help resolve them.
β€’ Policy maker – Come up with the updated policies.
