Key Qualification
β’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field
β’ 1+ years of experience in HR or a related field
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Experience with working on HRIS portals is a plus.
β’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality & Employees data.
Responsibilities
β’ Lead the whole recruitment process – Right from writing JD to closing the offer.
β’ Efficient data management – Maintaining the accurate employee data.
β’ Payroll process – Executing accurate salary details as a payroll process.
β’ Performance evaluations – Tracking and scheduling the employees performance and review cycles.
β’ Drive fun engagement activities- Not rangoli competitions for sure.
β’ Conflicts management – Be a transparent source to hear and address the employee issues and help resolve them.
β’ Policy maker – Come up with the updated policies.
