This position involves general admin and operations related in rent a car Operations / Maintenance providing excellent customer service, and converting inquiries into reservations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to company policies. Requirements: Candidate should hold a minimum Higher Secondary Education degree. At least 1 year of call center experience or similar experience is mandatory. Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and friendliness are key qualities. Additional experience in Customer Service will be beneficial. Candidates must be flexible to work and adjust to different shift schedules. Strong written and spoken English skills are crucial.
