Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our Senior Account Managers in maintaining client relationships, ensuring smooth internal operations, and contributing to the growth of our business. This remote role requires availability during US working hours.

As an Account Executive, you will:
• Utilize task scheduling tools to coordinate workflows across departments.
• Assist in reporting and analytics to track lead generation performance.
• Gain exposure to advanced digital marketing techniques, including media planning, campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.

Ultimately, you will play a key role in fostering long-term client relationships while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by addressing their needs promptly.
• Coordinate deliverables with internal teams to meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Handle day-to-day communication with clients, resolving queries or issues effectively.

Operational Support
• Prepare account-related documents such as proposals, contracts, and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate client/account data in CRM systems or other databases.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and events on behalf of Senior Account Managers.

Collaboration
• Work closely with finance, tech, and media teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Share client feedback with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.

Administrative Duties
• Organize and maintain account documentation to ensure compliance.
• Address billing queries and coordinate timely invoicing with the finance team.

Skills & Competencies
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in communication tools such as Slack, Skype, Jira, Gmail.
• Ability to drive outcomes, profitability, and productivity across accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships.
• Understanding of marketplace challenges advertisers face.
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital technology and market trends.

Requirements
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills (native-level preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably within a digital agency or advertising network).
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills—capable of developing account strategies that incorporate digital marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in MS Excel.
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
• Knowledge of digital strategy and technical competence.
• Established presentation and writing skills.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred but not essential).
